  • Third-Party Services: Fees paid for third-party services, including hosting, domain registration, and other third-party integrations, are non-refundable.
  • Consultation Fees: Fees for consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.

  • Evaluation: We will evaluate the refund request and respond within 7 business days.
  • Approval and Processing: If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
